OCTOBER 2011
We've had so much fun in Cedar City! October flew by but we wanted to share a few things we did this month.......
Our first snowfall came in October! The boys were so thrilled to see snow falling from the sky!
With Dad in the snow!
We love you dad! The boys absolutely LOVE their dad! When he gets home from work they jump on him and always want to play catch with him!

They boys in their PJ's eating their treat! They are so sweet and are ready for Halloween!
My cousin Melissa had us all over for a little Halloween party! The kids all made little Frankenstein wooden blocks and ghost foot/hand prints. We ate Halloween treats, jumped on the trampoline and had tons of fun!
Our family at the Stahelli Farm pumpkin patch! And yes...I am due in less than 1 month with baby boy #3!
Having fun at the pumpkin patch with the cousins! Tyler LOVED the animals!
Jumping on a big balloon and Travis swinging from a rope!
The most fun was the train ride! Tyler even rode by himself in his own little train and did great!
Travis turned in several Halloween coloring pages to various businesses in Cedar City as part of their coloring contest! He got a light up tooth brush from a dental office there and got a free donut from one of the bakeries for turning in his coloring pages for the contest!
Travis got the biggest donut (from the coloring contest) I had ever seen and came out of the bakery with a smile from ear to ear! He even shared the donut with Tyler which was sweet!
Happy Halloween! Tyler loved this little pumpkin we had as part of our decorations this year! Tyler is such a sweet boy!
Checking out the snow! The boys would run to the windows every morning to see if it had snowed. They LOVED it!
Grandma and Grandpa Murdock sent a Halloween package for the boys! They were so thrilled to open it and find Halloween flash lights, cars pez, and pumpkin reeses peices!
The boys with dad at the Heritage Days Parade down main street in Cedar City!
The sheep were herded down main street....tons of them! It was really fun to watch!
All dressed up for the Halloween party at Melissa and Jeff's house! The party was so much fun! We ate ourselves sick, played with the cousins, visited and of coarse trick-or-treated!
Getting ready to carve our pumpkin!
The finished product....and me nearly ready to pop with our little baby boy!
Halloween night! Eating dinner at the cousins house (red devils with fritos, chili and cheese) and stirring our witches brew from Grandma Clark!
All the cousins in their Halloween costumes!
Tyler as a pirate and Travis as spiderman! So cute!!
Eating a hotdog at Cara's neighbors house prior to trick-or-treating!
Tyler was absolutely thrilled to trick-or-treat this year! He tried his very best to keep up with Travis and the other cousins! He would not even let Scott or I carry his bag for him when it started to get too heavy!
Travis trick-or-treating!
Happy Halloween!!! And......look who fell asleep finally while trick-or-treating!

September 2011
I love September because I know that it is the start of fall and all of the holidays will follow! This month we went to the Iron County fair with Mike and Beth's family, went to visit the Cahills in Las Vegas, went to the Iron County rodeo, and went to all of the SUU homecoming festivities! It was lots of fun!
Scott loves his job teaching math in St. George and is doing great! Travis loves preschool and both Travis and Tyler love playing with their cousins. I am getting ready for our new baby to come! We can't wait and are excited for his arrival sometime around November 13th. He has been moving around alot and the boys have enjoyed feeling him kick. They ask me about him everyday and Tyler is constantly touching my tummy and kissing it!
Here are the fun things we did this month!

Tyler at the Iron County fair...he loved this little pony!
Travis loved the little petting zoo!

We bought the boys a little geode at the fair and they even let Scott cut it open!
Here is the finished product! Travis was so thrilled!
Enjoying a funnel cake at the fair!

Having fun at the fair!
This is the only picture I got while visiting the Cahills in Las Vegas. I was bummed I forgot to get more! They took us to the Desert Zoo which was alot of fun. We also ate lunch at Wolfgang Puck's cafe and went for desert at Serendipity on the strip. It was so fun to see them again and Parker was so cute!!!
Getting ready for the rodeo to start!

It was so much fun to watch all that goes on at a rodeo. It was our first time going and it was pretty fascinating....especially the rodeo girls that did tricks on the horses!
Having fun at the rodeo!
Tyler being silly! He often tries to wear Scott's basketball shoes around the house. He can barely walk in them.....it is so funny!
The SUU homecoming festivities! Friday night they had a free concert and free food on the upper quad. My sisters came for the homecoming and Alissa's husband Luke ran in the 1/2 marathon! Also our old roommate Gina came down from Provo for the weekend to enjoy the homecoming festivities. We all stayed up late visiting and the kids had a blast just running around and playing. It was a fun weekend!
The kids at the Friday night concert with their glow sticks!
The SUU homecoming parade down Center Street. The kids loved it and got tons of candy. Travis and Scott even caught SUU t-shirts!
Tyler and Gina at the SUU homecoming game!

Travis and Camden loved the football game!

AUGUST 2011
In August we did some fun things since dad had not started back to work yet! My mom and dad were still in Cedar City for the summer and our friends from the Czech Republic (Robert and Marketa) came to visit. We traveled around Southern Utah and had a great time! We are enjoying our time here and are excited to be here!

Our first stop was the Parowan Gap. There are some really neat Indian petroglyphs there and the boys loved hiking around. Tyler was thrilled to be able to throw as many rocks as he wanted!
Travis loved hiking around!
Our family next to some Indian petroglyphs.

Grandma Clark and Tyler
The boys followed dad everywhere!
Us standing in the Gap!
Our trip to Zion National Park with Robert and Marketa. It was beautiful! We also got to shop around Springdale (the city as you enter Zions) . It was lots of fun.....Scott almost dared to try an Elk burger there but just couldn't do it in the end!
Grafton Ghost Town....This was their little cemetery and many of them were killed in the 1860's by Indians!
Visiting Grafton Ghost Town with Grandma Clark. The buildings were still well preserved. The house we are standing in front of had a bat inside of it, scaring Travis to death!
Kolob Canyon
Ready for church! The boys love primary even in Cedar City!
Tyler loves to watch Franklin on his little DVD player!
Travis' first day of preschool in St. George! His teachers are Mrs. Julie and Grandma Smith. He goes 2 days a week and loves it! His cousin Halie (well 2nd cousin) is in his class and they have lots of fun together! For the month of August they learned all of their shapes. Travis has done great! We love you and are proud of you Travis!
Swimming with the cousins (Mike, Rori and Sarah) at the Cedar City Aquatic Center! We bought a month pass and the kids love it! There are several slides and fountains and it is shallow enough that the kids can run all around. It's lots of fun!!!
