JULY 2011
July was a fun month but very busy! We took a little family trip up to Salt Lake City, went to Cedar City for the 4th of July, had fun visiting Great Grandma Rosell for our traditional Sunday night chocolate cake and visit with the cousins, had a great picnic in the park with Grandma and Grandpa Murdock and cousins, enjoyed watching Travis at swimming lessons while hanging out with good friends, took a midnight dip in Great Grandma's pool and MOVED TO CEDAR CITY! I can't believe we did this all in one month. It's been great and we have made a lot of fun memories! I LOVE MY FAMILY!!!!
Hogle Zoo in SLC! The kids got to go to the bird show, ride on the carousel, visit all the animals, and hang out with the cousins!
Hanging out at the SLC temple visitor center.
Visiting the Conference Center. It was magnificent!
The Salt Lake Temple and the Tabernacle!
Rice-Eccles stadium...where the SLC olympics were held in 2002 and the University of Utah football team plays!
Grandma Clark let the kids go on the old fashion rides at Liberty Park. They LOVED it!
The 4th of July parade in Cedar City. It is such a fun parade and the kids LOVE running for candy! After the parade, we always go to the main street park for some fun and the kids love to go on a few rides and bounce houses!
Enjoying smores and doing fireworks on the 4th of July!
Lots of fun on the 4th of July! My brothers bought these huge fireworks this year that light up in the sky (they were legal in Utah this year). I wish I would've gotten pictures because they were awesome and the kids loved it!
One of our Sunday night traditions is going to Grandma Rosell's house for chocolate cake. This was our last Sunday night visiting with Grandma and the cousins before we moved to Cedar City! The cousins brought over a cotton candy machine (still had it from Shannon's wedding) and we got to have all the cotton candy and slushies as we wanted! YUM! Even our friend Brian came over for the festivities!
Grandma and Grandpa Murdock planned a fun picnic in the park before we moved! They got some KFC which was YUMMY and we played ball and frisbee and just hung out at Tri-City Park together. It was lots of fun and we were all together!!
One of the most fun parts of swim lessons was hanging out with our friends (April, Noelani and Meagan) while the kids swam!
